Leak Detector
PCE-LDC 2
leak-detector with digital camera / continuous measurement
/
adjustable intensity 50 ... 110 dB / battery operation / incl. report software
|
Due
to an ultrasonic measuring method with a graphic display of the measured data
the leak detector PCE-LDC 2 enables a visualization of the leakage or the
discharging location. Furthermore the result is graded with an acoustic signal
as well as a color coded signal. The detected leakage is shown in a generated image
on the display of the leak detector PCE-LDC 2 and can be transferred to a
computer with the software included in delivery. Thus work for e.g. a maintenance
team becomes significantly easier and spares them some time. Another advantage
of the leak detector PCE-LDC 2 is that date. time and sound level are recorded separately
so that they can be numerated and ordered manually. The exceptionally high
sensitivity of the leak detector PCE-LDC allows a detection of even smallest
leakages of 0.1mm at 3 bar from a distance of 20 m. By adjusting the intensity
from 50 to 110 dB the measurement with the leak detector can be adjusted to
surrounding conditions. The leak detector PCE-LCD 2 can manage more than only
the task of detecting leakages in air lines: in areas of electrical engineering
the leak detector helps finding partial discharges, e.g. poor contacts and thus
shows flashovers on draggled areas, insulation leaks or corona effects in
high-voltage facilities. In areas of mechanical engineering the leak detector
facilitates finding default antifriction bearing with an optional, external
sensor. If there are any questions about this
