Vibration Technique Vibration technique uses different laboratory devices in order to blend or affiliate liquid substances or assays due to continued and steady motion. Therefore, the technical implementation of different vibration motions is deviated from motions by hand at manual vibration. Horizontal motion is distinguished from vertical motion as well as circular and tilting motion. For the implementation of those motions in fields of vibration techniques, different machines are used. Besides overhead vibration machines, in which case the content of closed containers is blended via a rotational motion, flatbed vibration machines are used as well in fields of vibration techniques. The flatbed vibration achieves the mixture of the reagents due to different motions of a horizontal bearing. Orbital shakers achieve a blend due to circular vibrating motion. Above all, a luffing shaker is distinguished from a wobbling shaker, an incubating- and a test-tube- shaker. Vibration technique is mainly used in fields of laboratory processing to synthesize and analyze chemical and biological samples. If you can't find the vibration technology you are looking for, please contact us and we will help you find the best solution which suits your needs: UK customers +44(0) 23 809 870 30 / US customers (561) 320-9162. Our technical staff will advise you regarding our products. Our engineers and technicians will be happy to help you with the vibration technology, and of course, with the other products in the field of regulation and control, measuring instruments or scales and balances of PCE Instruments Ltd. |

Incubation
shakers: Incubators are used in general to induce monitored temperature- and humidity-conditions to simulate special, natural conditions and habitats for living organisms to grow and develop, which is important in special cases of growing micro-organisms to prohibit the formation of a so called flower. A flower is a thin biofilm emerging at bounding surfaces between different phases and
therefore can lead to a falsification of experimental results. Additional through vibration the test duration can be reduced, or processes in the human organism can even be imitated. The selection of different vibration frequencies and rotational speeds allows a wide field of application. |
