The TRMS PCE-UT 61E Multimeter is the ideal device for laboratories, research institutes as well as for the electricians to be used on the spot. The multimeter offers diverse functions such as: Hold function, max./min./relative and peak value to allow quick and secure measurements. In AC current and voltage measurements, the TRMS PCE-UT 61E Multimeter indicates the real effective value (TRMS), that is a frequency range from 45 Hz to 3 kHz. Furthermore, the TRMS PCE-UT 61E Multimeter can measure both capacitance and frequency. Through the RS-232 port, data can be transferred and stored by means of software. The TRMS PCE-UT 61E has a rotatory button to select the desired magnitude. The Auto range function is able to automatically search the optimum measurement range, however it can be selected manually. The TRMS PCE-UT 61E has a clear high contrast backlight LCD display with an indicator up to 22,000 values to allow a good reading from any viewing angle, even in poor light conditions. The case of the TRMS PCE-UT 61E protects it against harsh conditions. At the following link you can find the multimeter which will suit your needs.

Definition and information of interest for multimeters: The digital multimeter measures electrical magnitudes, combining different modes and ranges of measurement in a single device. The standard features of a multimeter allow to measure measuring voltage and the intensity of current across different ranges. Normally the multimeter can be set for measuring continuous current (DC) or alternate current (AC). It is also capable of measuring resistance and continuity by using an audible signal. Modern digital multimeters now also offer the possibility of measuring frequency, capacity and temperature.
