Bench balances are indispensable in modern economy. They are used in industry, university laboratories, private hospitals and for research and developmentent. Different components for bench balances are available on customer's request to suit their needs be it weighing packages, mixing recipes or hopper function. We will gladly help you to choose the balances that best suit your needs. By means of availabe software weighing data can be easily transfered to a PC, processed, printed and registered with date and time to meet DIN ISO 9000 standard. In case your computer does not have RS-232 port, we offer you an optional USB adapter. 
 

Our balances come calibrated according to DIN ISO 9000 standard and a calibration certificate is available on request. Verification can be carried out by the PCE-Group company. All our bench balances come ENAC certified. If you wish to obtain an ENAC certificate, contact your local authorised laboratory.
To meet the CE standard you will need verification on your bench balances (carried out by local authorised verification centre or by the PCE Instruments company) in case they are used:  
   a) in trade, when the price of the product is determined by its weight;
   b) in pharmacy for making medicines or detailed analysis in medical or pharmaceutical laboratories;
   c) in official activities, such as determining rates or sanctions;
   d) in package production. 
If you require additional information on verification of bench balances, or you are not sure if you need verified balances,  you can contact your local authorised Verification centre. Verification of bench balances (only for models which can be verified), can be done when balances are ordered, otherwise, balances can be sent for periodical verification. Once an official verification has been done, bench balances cannot be recalibrated with the use of an external calibration weight. The first verification is valid for two years, each subsequent validation is good for one year and must be done annually by an authorised verification centre.
