High Resolution Paper Balance / Tissue Balance PCE-LSZ 200C
The basis weight paper balance shows the result in g/m² with high resolution (0.1 g/m²)
 the weighing unit can be changed to grams by pushing one button only 

The paper balance is a high precision resolution device for the determination of the basis weight (in relation to a square meter of the material). This is the most accurate way to determine the basis paper/tissue weight. The balance displays the basis weight of paper, tissue, fabrics ... directly in g/m² with 0.1 g/m² (0.001 g) resolution. So the balance is the ideal tool for the basis weight measurement in paper mills, especially producing LWC (Light Weight Coated), ULWC (Ultra Light Weight Coated), magazine papers ... with very low basis weights, low or less coating as tissue. 
The paper and tissue industry also performs a similar quality control testing, by weighing a 10 x 10 cm probe (or round probe with 100 cm²) of paper or fabric. One model of circular probe cutter is available (options). This type of balance is mainly used in paper production, tissue production, paper laboratories, by textile production companies as well as by material importing companies ... and it's perfect for sales departments - it can be shown to the customers how to check the weight of paper or fabric. ISO Calibration (ISO-PCE-BS)
The calibration procedure includes laboratory calibration process and ISO certification. The customer's name and address is filled in. These certificates are comparable to NIST and UKAS certificates. They are accepted all over the world.

Software-Kit (PCE-SOFT-LSZ)
The kit includes a software for transferring the  weighing data to a PC or Portable Computer, and a RS-232-cable. The transferred data can also be sent to other calculation software as Excel ... The standard software is in English language (others are available (French, German ...).

Probe Cutter/Sample Cutter (MPC-3)
Designed to cut 100 cm² samples of various materials such as fabric, fleece, knitted
fabric, foil and paper...very precisely.

Spare Rubber Plates
The delivery of the probe cutter includes a rubber plate. After having done hundreds of cuttings on this plate, it has to be changed. The spare rubber plates are sold in packs (5 pcs/pack).

The blades can be easily replaced (by removing some screws on the probe cutter). We offer these spare blades in packs (50 pcs/pack).
