Industrial Balance PCE-IS Series (Class III) 6 models: PCE-IS 01 ... 03 (with calibration) and PCE-IS 01M ... 03M (two models of balances: a quantity industrial balance and a reference industrial balance, highly accurate weighing)
Industrial balance consists of quantity balance and reference balance. We offer you three models with verification (legal for trade) and other three models without verification (but calibrated). Both balances are connected through an interface cable. The reference balance calculates a single piece weight with high accuracy and the quantity balance counts several pieces together. The individual weight of the piece, determined by the reference balance, is the basis for the calculations of the quantity balance. This industrial balance is ideal for carrying out inventories. You will be able to determine the number of pieces very quickly. If you need to print the number of pieces, you can request the additional printer or you can connect the industrial balance to your PC (software kit is optional) and to transfer data. All the models can have an ISO calibration, only three models can be verified.

Quantity balance The quantity balance counts several pieces together. The individual weight of the piece, determined by the reference balance, is the basis for the calculations of the quantity balance.				Reference balance This balance calculates a single piece weight with high accuracy. The reference balance is connected to the quantity balance through a RS-232 interface cable (included in the delivery).

Examples of different applications of the piece counting system
This piece counting system is not only used for inventories. There are many products such as screws or balls that have to be weighed and packaged after manufacturing and before the shipping. Calibrated balance is usually used for this purpose. However, when the price of the product is determined by its weight a verified balance is required. We have both versions: calibrated and verified balances.
With this declaration of conformity, we declare in writing that after an evaluation the PCE-IS series industrial balance has the properties mentioned in the Declaration. Multilingual specification is made according to the indications of the different norms of the piece counting system. Declaration can be seen by pressing the adjoining image or the PDF symbol with the instruction manual (signed).
Delivery includes 1 x Industrial balance PCE-IS which consists of quantity balance and reference balance, 1 x interface cable for connecting both balances, 2 x mains net adapters and user manual
Optional accessories
Legal For Trade Verification (EICH-PCE-IS) The verification procedure includes laboratory calibration process and certification according to the rules (legal for trade) of legislation/verification in Germany (based on the customers postal code). The customers name and address are included. They are accepted all over the world.
ISO Calibration (ISO-PCE-IS) The calibration procedure includes laboratory calibration process and ISO certification. The customer's name and addres are included. These certificates are comparable to NIST and UKAS certificates. They are accepted all over the world.
Software Kit (PCE-SOFT-IS) The kit includes a software for transferring the weighing data to a PC and RS-232-cable. The transferred data can also be sent to other software such as Excel. The standard software is in English language (others are available in French, German, etc).
Printer (PCE-BP) The printer is used for direct output of weighing data. It will be delivered with RS-232-cable, USB-cable, net adapter and 1 paper roll. - Paper width: 112 mm - Exchange paper.
RS-232-USB Adapter (RS232-USB) In case your PC or Portable uses USB-Interfaces, you can use USB adapter together with the standard RS-232-Cable. Software (covering the actual drivers) is included.
