The benchtop balance series PCE-BDM features a wide field of use. This benchtop balance is appreciated not only by the many functions, but also by the possibilities of communication. The RS-232 port of the bench balance sends the weighing value as ASCII code and through this you can control it, which offers an excellent base for any programmer. The benchtop balance sends information pressing the "Print" key or automatically. It sends about 10 values per second after the weighing value has stabilized. Another possibility to integrate the benchtop balance of the PCE-BDM in a system is via the LAN port, USB, analog output of 4-20 mA or 0-10 V or the limit weighing function with three cross-connection outputs . The benchtop balance has the following functions: counting, 10 tare memories, percentage calculation, large print protocol settings, settings RS-232 port, auto-off, etc. The benchtop balance can be powered both by main supply and battery, allowing that it can be used while mobile. By ProCell optional software you can import data from the heavy benchtop balance to any system that allows you to enter data with a cursor, such as Excel, Word, DHL, SAP, etc. The software simulates the data input. Here you will find an overview of the different types of benchtop balances and in the following link you will be able to find any kind of balance you need.

PCE-SOFT-BDM software Software in German, including the cable for RS-232 interface. The software is used for direct transmission of weighing results to computer with date and time. The data are stored in txt format. However, if you only have on your computer or laptop USB ports, you must use the RS-232 adapter to USB.
PCE-ProCell software The software runs in the background and transmits heavy values to systems with data input from the keyboard, such as Excel, UPS, Word, DHL, SAP, etc., The software simulates the input . However, if you have your computer or laptop with only USB ports, you must use the RS-232 adapter to USB.
USB-RS232 adapter The delivery of the software package comes with the data cable RS-232. If you want to transmit measured values to a laptop or other mobile storage, you need this USB adapter (driver software included).
Thermal printer To print directly the values of the benchtop balance. The printer is shipped with an RS-232 cable and a network adapter to 240 V, the paper width is 112 mm.
Label printer (for stickers) The benchtop balance with a printer can print directly the weighed values in labels. The printer is delivered with the RS-232 cable and 230 V network adapter. The width of the tabs is adjustable (max. 50 mm).

ISO calibration certificate
For companies wishing to integrate their benchtop balance in its internal quality control or wish to submit it to annual recalibration. The certificate contains a calibration according to the ISO certificate including all measured values. In the report. it is also indicated the name and address of the company or person that requests it.
