Dust Particle Analyser MicroDust pro Kit Dust
particle analyser to measure the content of dirt particles in the atmosphere, with data memory, RS-232 interface and software
|
The dust particle analyser MicroDust pro Kit measures the concentration of diverse particles in the air such as dust, soot, pollen and other aerosol kinds. The dust particle analyser MicroDust pro Kit is designed to detect the pollution level in the air. It can detect high pollution in cities and workplaces. Pollution is usually generated by combustion, material process, manufacturing, energy generation, vehicle emissions and in the building industry. With the help of the dust particle analyser MicroDust pro Kit customer can measure the accurate amount of dust particles in the air. Some particle dispersions are responsible for a restricted visibility, the breathing in of poisonous particles and the result of a reduced working quality. It is well known that such particles are partially responsible for some diseases such as asthma, bronchitis, skin and lung diseases. Traditional gravimetric methods to measure dust content require a considerable test time and are not always effective to assess concentration trends in real time. So, the dust particle analyser MicroDust pro Kit is the perfect portable device for real time measurements of particle dispersion, with the help of the light scattering technique and repeated measurements of dust concentrations. The Dust particle analyser MicroDust pro kit is capable to graphically present variations in dust concentration on a real time scrolling graph - it is no longer necessary to wait to analyse results on a PC or laptop. The Dust particle analyser MicroDust pro kit features an easy-to-use interface as well as digital calibration methods for all possible areas of assessment. The Dust particle analyser MicroDust pro kit is the ideal instrument for both the professionals and expertise due to its possibility to store and transfer measured values for further analysis. The Dust particle analyser MicroDust pro kit has a large LCD display with a high resolution to show both texts and graphics. It also displays the setting details, impurity levels, logger information and the battery status. At the following link you will find an overview of the dust particle analyser models.

Software |
The Casella insight software is used as a support for memory functions of the dust particle analyser MicroDust pro kit. It is designed to simplify the process of device configuration, data recovery and representation.
|
Display |
The dust particle analyser MicroDust pro Kit has LCD graphic panel with backlight (128 x 64 pixels). So, it is the only hand held real time dust monitor on the market (with auto ranging y-axis scale) capable of graphically presenting variations in dust concentration on a real time scrolling graph. Besides, values can be considered as "Time Weighted Average" (TWA) and as the maximum value of dust concentration. Previous settings and stored values can be cleared by pressing the key "Reset" once.
