Gas Analyser Gaseeker for
Authorisation of Works Gas analyser with authorisation (ATEX II 2G EEx IV d IIC T4) for making measurements to authorise works in gas conduits
|
The gas analyser Gaseeker is a special device for work authorisation in the sector of gas conduits. When, for example, works in conduits take place, these must firstly be emptied and in certain cases they must be filled with nitrogen. Once the works have ended, the conduits are filled again. The Gaseeker analyser measures the concentration of inflammable gases and oxygen content to avoid explosion risks. The analyser automatically changes the indication of LEL to volume percent. Thanks to the measurement range of 100 volume percent, the analyser can carry out a leak test once the works are concluded. You can set the alarm limits freely when you place the order. Attention: If the meter is going to be used primarily for clearance measurements, we recommend not to set the alarm limits because it is possible for the alarm to sound constantly. We will be happy to advise you on this gas analyser and of course, on the other products in the field of regulation and control, measuring instruments and scales or balances.

Calibration |
The calibration of the apparatus can be made regularly by means of the automatic function of calibration or from PC with the Windows compatible software. You can also send the gas meter to us (according to the internal ISO manual of the company) for its maintenance and recalibration (i.e. 1 or 2 times a year). The gas meter will be disassembled, cleaned and recalibrated. We will inform you if the sensor can not be recalibrated or if its operation life has already ended. You will be able to find replacement sensors in our online shop.
