Optical
tachometer PCE-DT62
tachometer
for
optically measuring rotations without
contact
or for optically
calculating using sum function, with objective laser for
optimal visualization
|
The PCE-DT62 tachometer is
ideal to determine the
rotations of components in
installations and machinery,
such as conveyor belts,
motors or mechanisms, that
can measure velocity
optically. Non-contact
measurements of the
tachometer are taken by
using a piece of reflective
tape that is stuck to the
rotating component. The
reflective tape is not always
required. If the conditions
allow for it, and there is a short
distance of less than 30cm
between the tachometer and the
object being measured, then
there is no need to use the
reflective tape. The
tachometer has a button to
select the mode of
measurement of either RPMs
or piece count (TOT).
The tachometer can
also record Maximum and
minimum values as well as
current value. The
tachometer comes ready to use and
includes a carrying case and
a set of batteries.
Here you will be
able to find the
tachometer you
are looking for with the same
technical characteristics,
but without an interface or
software to transfer data to
a computer. Here in
this link
you can find an
overview of any
type of tachometer
that you may
need.

PCE-DT62 optical tachometer |
The tachometer is used as
followed:
the laser is pointed at the
reflected tape which is
situated on the blade of a
fan, allowing for the
measurement to be made
quickly and accurately.
Please follow the correct
method of using the PCE-DT62
tachometer when making an
optical measurement. |
