The Ozone Tester is a very precise meter for the measurement of ozone concentrations in the air. The Ozone Tester can be equipped with four different heads that vary in their measurement range. The fields of application for the Aeroqual Ozone Meter in the industrial sector are the manufacture of paper, textile or lubricants that use ozone to whiten oils, fats, wax, paper, synthetic, cellulous or textile fibers.
Another field of application for the Ozone Tester is in cleaning, disinfection and sterilisation of swimming pools, water treatment facilities or after forest fires. With a head for measurements of up to 0.150 ppm, you can measure ozone concentrations that are dangerous for human beings. Thanks to the GSS technology of the sensors, the Ozone Tester has not only a high precision but the sensors also have a long life-span.
The unique possibility to refresh the sensors makes their maintenance more economic than the maintenace of other types of sensors. This model has an analogical interface with an output of 0… 5 V that registers the data in the internal memory or transfers them to a PC through a port RS-232. Thanks to the simple handling, you can set up the alarm limit values for acoustic or visual warnings in a short time. In addition to the measurement values in ppm or mg/m3 on the screen, you can also see the limits for the high and low alarms.

The
R 10 kit of the ozone tester is used to measure gases in a surrounding area of
up to 14 meters. It provides an IP41 and NEMA2 protected casing. In addition to
that it is designed as a simple plug-and-play solution to make the device as
user friendly as possible.
