This particle counter PCE-PCO 1 is universal usable. Six different particle sizes can be gathered by the particle counter PCE-PCO 1. In addition to that the particle counter has sensors to measure temperature and relative humidity, so the particle counter becomes an all-rounder. The implemented camera allows for linking the measured data with images/ videos. The particle counter was developed to determine level of pollution exactly. The Pollution is caused by combustion, manufacturing, energy generation, car emissions and construction industry. By using the particle counter the exact amount of dirt particles in the air can be measured. You can establish a high contamination level of atmosphere especially in urban areas. Pollution with pathogenic particles gets growing importance, such as soot or particles being submitted into the air by industry and especially by diesel vehicles without special filters. Such dispersal particles account amongst other things for reduced visibility and spread of pollution. In addition to that breathing such toxic matters causes reduced labour productivity and makes no little contribution towards many sicknesses such as asthma, bronchitis, skin- and pulmonary diseases.
