Vibration Meter PCE-VT 3000 Hand held
vibration meter to measure vibrations and oscillations in machines and installations with internal memory, PC interface and software (optional), exclusive 5m sensor
|
For the due diligence of vibrations of machines and components the hand-held vibration meter offers a quick and easy way to measure acceleration, displacement and velocity of vibration. One advantage of this vibration meter is that it allows you to save the measured values directly in the device. By means of a PC data cable readings can be transmitted directly from the vibration meter to a notebook or PC. Measurements can also be transferred from the vibration meter to other programs like MS Excel. Different sensors for the vibration meter like an extra large needle sensor can be ordered. The behaviour of vibrations within machines can be tested with the vibration meter and major damage can be prevented by locating the source of vibration. We have another type of vibration meter that, using acoustics, determines the state of machines and installations, e.g. ball bearings. Here you can find an overview of any type of vibration meter that you may need.

- analyses vibration acceleration, vibration velocity, displacement, rotation speed and natural frequency
- internal memory for 1,800 values (in 25 groups containing 72 values each)
- three display modes: - special mode: shows peak values of accele- ration, rotation speed in RMS, variation in simultaneous peak value - common mode: shows only one of the para- meters described previously in large figures - spectrum mode: shows the spectrum
- bars showing warning and alarm functions
- date and time adjustable
- automatic shut-down to protect the accumu- mulator (can be timed)
- background illuminated LCD display
- wide range of frequencies
- automatic analysis of the maximum values in the measured spectrum

Fourier Synthesis |
The Fourier Synthesis is a mathematical tool used for analyzing periodic functions by adding the partial oscillations in the form of sine or cosine. As a consequence, they create periodic functions superimposed over the partial oscillations. If you would like more information, follow this link.
