The Xenon hand stroboscope with mains current supply allows external triggering for external device control. In addition this hand stroboscope is equipped with a Xenon lamp and a shift key x2/2 for quick plausibility control. A single flash of the xenon hand stroboscope lightens the object only for a short moment. But if the flashes are repeated in series the human eye processes the lighting moments as a continuing image. This xenon hand stroboscope effect is comparable to a film: Here as well the rapid sequence of single pictures projects a continuous motion. Thus you can see via the hand stroboscope objects that are usually not
recognizable. The micro-process driven xenon hand stroboscope is fed directly by a 230 V line adapter and is ideal for control of motor speed of gears, engines, centrifuges…, in general in fields of preventive maintenance and repairs. Functioning principle of xenon hand stroboscope |
|
If the speed of the moving object is in accordance with the flesh rate of the xenon hand stroboscope, the moving object seems to stand still. The device gives the operator an illusion of a stopped motion, while the measured object still is moving constantly. In case of an imperfect compliance the illusion of a motion slowed down can be provoked. Thus an examination of the moving object is facilitated. |
