8711 pH regulator direct connection to pH electrodes / 4-20 mA analog output / Front panel with IP44 protection / 2 control relays and 1 alarm relay / fixed or automatic temperature compensation

The 8711 pH regulator is a three-point discontinuous pH regulator which has been designed to be installed in control cabinets. The 8711 pH regulator can be used in many industrial sectors as well as for research. The regulation of the pH value is carried out through two dosing relays which are connected to a metering pump or to a magnetic valve for the acid or the base. The pH electrode is directly connected to the 8711 pH regulator. The maximum cable length is 10 m. For longer distances the analog input(4-20 mA) can be used. In this case, it is necessary to install a transducer in the measurement place. This transducer will convert the pH value into a 4-20 mA signal. The 8711 pH regulator is handled by the front panel keys (these keys are protected). Measured values are shown on a LCD display. The front LEDs shows the user the mode in which the 8711 pH regulator is operating. The working mode can be additionally selected through a switch. There are three modes available: On, Off and auto modes. Additionally, built-in test functions allow the user to get fast checking of both sensor and internal electronics. To transfer the pH value to a display system or other process systems, the 8711 pH regulator has an analog output (0/4-20 mA). The polystyrene cover (IP44) at the front panel, offers protection when the device is used in adverse industrial ambient.
