WTR 150 Resistance temperature sensor Sensor with 1/2 " process connection thread / Measurement range up to 400 ºC / calibration during the process / 3-wire Pt100 / specially suitable for food industry
|
The WTR 150 Resistance temperature sensor has been designed to be used within the field of the food industry. Thanks to the 1/2" thread, the WTR 150 resistance temperature sensor can be screwed to a tube or vessel by means of a sleeve. Since the point of the WTR 150 resistance temperature sensor, there is not any problem if it gets into contact with food. The probe length can be selected among 50 and 300 mm (in steps of 50 mm). The measurement range of the WTR 150 resistance temperature sensor is from -50 to 400 ºC. Thanks to the wide measurement range, the WTR 150 resistance temperature sensor can be used in many different food industry sectors. The 3-wire Pt100 sensor is built-in into a screwed ceramic base, however it can be also connected to the KMU 100 transducer. At the following link you will find an overview of all resistance temperature sensors.

KMU 100 transducer The KMU 100 transducer has been designed to detect temperature of Pt100 sensors and transform it into a normalized signal. The KMU 100 transducer is distinguished by its compact dimensions which allows to be used almost with any sensor type. The KMU 100 transducer can be connected to 2, 3 or 4 wires Pt100 sensors. When the KMU 100 temperature transducer is connected to a 2-wire sensor, there is an automatic compensation of ducts to prevent inaccurate temperature readings due to the duct resistance.
