The PCE-TG 50 thickness gauge is a compact device to determine the thickness of metals, glass and homogeneous plastics. The PCE-TG 50 thickness gauge uses an external sound sensor that produces ultrasonic sound waves which penetrates the object being measured. Different materials allow ultrasonic waves to pass through at different velocities, therefore, you can select between different ultrasonic velocities on the thickness gauge. The PCE-TG 50 thickness gauge can detect the thickness of metal, glass, plastic and other homogeneous materials in seconds. The PCE-TG 50 thickness gauge is easy to operate through only seven keys. The PCE-TG 50 thickness gauge can be calibrated with the external calibration weight included in the delivery. All the measurement values can be transferred to a PC via the optional software for further analysis. With the software you will be able to export data to other software such as Microsoft Excel. An ISO calibration certificate can be ordered separately for the device.
