The axis load cell AXIS-LOAD is a device that absorbs loads and forces. Force measuring bolts are mounted as hinges, shackles or axes in order to measure on them tensile and compressive forces. After the data is collected analogously, it is digitalized and converted into visual values onto the LCD screen. The various models cover forces and loads between 0 and 150 kN. The force and load measurement of the axis load cell is performed via a fixed absorber inside the axis load cell. The connection winding is purchasable in the sizes M12, M20, M36 and M48. Since the axis load cell has a very low power consumption, the device can operate even for several years. Furthermore the axis load cell is able to show the values in various measuring units: thus the device can be programmed on either kg, t, lbs, to or kN according to demand. The measurands are very well readable due to a digit size of 10 mm on the LCD screen. Furthermore there are net values as well as gross values programmable. Also a tare function can be performed for the whole measuring range. Force measuring cell G

The axis load cell G is the prototype amongst the portable force measuring bolts in areas of force measuring. For that the axis load cell is equipped with one winding connection on both sides. Depending on the type, the winding size can lay between M8 and M48. In the following the dimensions, functions and readings are displayed.

Force measuring cell F

The axis load cell F, also called a load measuring arbor, is a model with a flange design. The winding connection is only on one side with sizes between M12 and M48. Furthermore a standard flange is integrated. For application in fields of load measuring technologies there can also be used flanges according to the customers demands. 

Load measuring cell Z

The load measuring bolt Z is a model to measure the tensile load. Both connection sides are equipped with rotational eyes. Thus the display can always be rotated into good sight. The force input is even under difficult circumstances secured. 

Force measuring cell W

The axis load cell W is a scaling edition. The connection sides feature an eye and a hook. The display is rotatable into a good reading angle. The scale is purchasable in two types for loads up to 15 kN.

Optional Equipment

Handheld controller type HAK-4/2

All axis load cells can be controlled via the handheld controller type HAK-4/2. There are two editions for application in areas of measuring technology. For load measuring the controller controller can either be connected through a wire or via radio to the axis load cells. It is designed to program the bolts during processes and to capture, safe and coordinate measuring data. The handheld controller consists of a 2-part-plastic-enclosure with a display, 6 keys that are sideways and a touch screen. In addition the keys can even be operated with gloves on. The handheld controller is able to control multiple bolts at once. Furthermore a data transfer to electronic devices is performable via USB cable. All required connectors will be provided.
