The shock detector is a device that is very easy to navigate, which is why there is no requirement of any special training for that product. The shock detector Vib Meter is a cost-effective product, that still assures exact measuring results. The device captures bearing wears, interruptions of the run-time, and speed of the machines and displays the results in forms of colour-coded alarm levels for ISO values. The shock detector takes measurements within a frequency range of 2 Hz and 1 kHz for ISO and 2 to 15 Hz for BDU. The display that is capable of zooming incorporates with its 800 lines FFT resolution recent technology. You can select between various units; for the acceleration g, the speed mm/s or inches/s, for storage noises BDU. The shock detector saves all measuring results, alarm levels and settings in a nonvolatile flash storage, from which that information can be retrieved at any time. The shock detector operates with 2 AA- batteries and shows an operating time of approx. 50 hours (depending on light settings of display). The shock detector is very handy due to its design and being equipped with only two function-keys and two cursor keys.
