Wind Sensor PCE-WL 2
suited for mobile measurements / data memory on SD cards / wind direction sensor / wind speed sensor / battery powered / internal temperature sensor

The Wind Sensor PCE-WL 2 is used to measure current wind situation before starting wind energy plants. The wind sensor saves measured data for wind direction and wind speed on a SD memory card. After measuring the data can be evaluated on a PC. The casing is weather resistant and protected according to IP65. The cable of the Wind Sensor PCE-WL 2 will be connected via screwed connections. The wind sensor is measuring velocities up to 40 m/s and wind directions over a range from 2.5 º - 357,5 º. The anemometer of the wind sensor is equipped with low wear reed relays that ensure a long life-time. Optionally, the Wind Sensor PCE-WL 2 is able to be equipped with a display. This display shows measured results of wind direction and velocity immediately. Display PCE-WLD
The PCE-WLD display will be connected easily onto the wind sensors interface. After connection with voltage supply the display will show all currently saved data of channel 1. The display can be activated and deactivated via a button. Furthermore the user can choose between non-stop operation and defined operation.
