The tissue scale is a high precision/resolution device for the determination of the basis weight (in relation to a square meter of a material). This is the most accurate way to determine basis tissue weight. The tissue scale displays the basis weight of paper, tissue, fabrics, etc. in g/m² with the resolution of  0.1 g/m² (0.001 g). So the tissue scale is the ideal device for determining the basis weight in paper mills, especially in production of LWC (Light Weight Coated), ULWC (Ultra Light Weight Coated), magazine papers, etc.  with very low basis weight. 
The paper and tissue industry also performs quality control similar testing by weighing 10 x 10 cm probe (or round probe with 100 cm²) of paper or fabric. One model of circular probe cutter is available (options). This type of scale is mainly used in paper production, tissue production, paper laboratories, textile production companies as well as by material importing companies. It's perfect for sales departments while comparing the paper or fabric weight with the competitors' products when visiting customers. ISO Calibration (ISO-PCE-BS)
The calibration procedure includes laboratory calibration process and ISO certification. The customer's name and address are included. These certificates are comparable to NIST and UKAS certificates. They are accepted all over the world.

Software-Kit (PCE-SOFT-LSZ)
The kit includes a software for transferring the  weighing data to a PC or Portable and RS-232 Cable. The transferred data can also be sent to other software such as Excel, etc. The standard software is in English (other languages are also available: French, German, etc).

Probe Cutter / Sample Cutter (MPC-3)
Designed to precisely cut 100 cm² samples of various materials such as fabric, fleece, knitted fabric, foil and paper, etc.
-   for materials with max. 3 mm thickness
- robust metal housing and stainless steel blades (4 pcs included + 1 rubber plate) ensure ongoing cutting quality 

Spare Rubber Plates
The delivery of the probe cutter includes a rubber plate. After having done hundreds of cuts on this plate, it has to be changed. The spare rubber plates are sold in packs (5 pieces/a pack).

The blades can be easily replaced (by removing some screws on the probe cutter). We offer  spare blades in packs (50 pcs/a pack).
