The PCE-2800 hardness meter is a portable instrument to show and print hardness value onsite. Thanks to its integrated printer, measuring results can directly be printed. Backlight on the display is adjustable and is easy to use even for inexperienced people thanks to its modern design. The hardness meter operates according to the Leeb dynamic principle,  a dynamic hardness test method based on velocity measurement: hardness value is generated by the comparison between the impact speed  and the bouncing speed. The hardness of diverse materials is sometimes strongly connected to their resistance. With the help of the PCE-2800, all metallic materials can be tested.
