The LED hand-spectrometer ML350N PLUS  is a high precision measuring device to determine the LED colour and quality of light sources The LCD touch screen has more than 99.9% effective pixels and less than 0.01 % default pixels. Furthermore the LED spectrometer MK350N PLUS  features four different measurement modes; basic mode, spectral mode, CIE 1931- mode and CIE 1976-mode.

 With its low weight and small dimensions the LED hand-spectrometer qualifies as a flexible and mobile device. The LED hand-spectrometer is battery-powered with an operation time of up to five hours. The measured values can be saved on an SD memory card. The LED hand-spectrometer can measure 70 to 70000 Lux within a wave length range of 360 to 750 nm.

Cosine Correction of LED hand spectrometer MK350N PLUS

The cosine correction is a necessary application for the measurement of color and quality of various light sources. The reflection of light that hits an objects depends on that impact angle. The more acute the impact angle, the more the reflection. So if the light does not hit the object in a rectangular angle, the spectrometer would otherwise measure much to low values. But by using the cosine correction the values are much more accurate.
