The Mobile Force Meter PCE-MMT I is designed mainly for application in fields of quality control, production, checking incoming good, as well as research and development. The mobile force meter is meant to check the stability of construction parts and all kinds of components, e.g. sampler, sealing, cranks and springs. Additionally the mobile force meter us used to check on operating forces. The mobile force meter PCE-MMT I has a force sensor and an intelligent processor integrated, which allow measurements with real-time speed. The measured results are then indicated on the LCD display featuring background lights, in the following units: N, kg and lbs. Furthermore the threshold signals at the mobile force meter can be adjusted by 2 digital open-collector outputs. By means of the optional hardware the mobile force meter can measure between 20 N and 5 kN with a frequency of 50 to 2000 Hz. The measured values can be either saved on the 128 kB flash drive or the 2 GB SD memory card that is included in the delivery as well. The optionally purchasable software SoftPCE facilitates a data analysis and archiving the measured data on a computer. In order to assure a firm grip, the mobile force meter features handles. The mobile force meter operates either on customary Ni-MH AA batteries or standard non-rechargeable batteries. Furthermore it can be used with force test beds, e.g. either the manual force test bed PCE-TF2 / PCE-TF 4 or the motorized force test stand PCE- TF 3 / PCE-TF 5, which can be additionally ordered.

Charging adapter for Mobile Force Meter PCE-MMT I

The delivery package of the mobile force meter PCE-MMT I also includes a charging adapter. This adapter facilitates an easy recharge of the NiMh batteries. After the batteries are fully charged, the mobile force meter PCE-MMT I can operate for more than 10 hours. Alternatively the mobile force meter can also run on non-rechargeable batteries. 

USB data cable of the Mobile Force Meter PCE-MMT I

The delivery package also includes a USB data cable to connect the mobile force meter to a computer and transfer the measured data easily to a computer to process these data further and archive them. The software SoftPCE facilitates the data analysis. The software also enables a data indication with real-time speed.
