The moulds guard klimagriff® is a module which is simply to attach at the back of your window handle and thus it builds only an extension of the window handle. It fits nearly every synthetic or wooden window frame. Almost too simple to be true. The moulds guard klimagriff® helps making the apartment more comfortable. Air can absorb humidity only to a certain extent, thus the air must be freshened in closed rooms regularly. Humidity and mould can mostly be prevented due to right aeration. Thus it is reasonable to install a moulds guard klimagriff® in rooms with raised humidity levels, e.g. bathroom, kitchen, bedroom or other rooms that for example have an aquarium installed. As a result these rooms can simply be "vented dry". The moulds guard klimagriff® gives you aeration recommendations. At What Kind of Windows is the Moulds Guard Klimagriff Mountable?

A montage is possible on wooden and synthetic windows with turn-/tilt- fitting and a hole centre distance of 43 mm for the window- fitting (DIN 18267:2005-01). The window handle has to be mounted vertically (perpendicular). 

The moulds guard klimagriff® is to install at one window per room. This window has to be able to open entirely (90°/ right angle), due to the fact that rush airing is the best way of venting and the moulds guard klimagriff® hast "to learn" due to its installation how far the window is opened. Thus the window has to be opened at least once entirely.
 
Ideally every room should have a moulds guard klimagriff® to preserve a good climate. But at least in every humidity loaded* room a klimagriff® should be installed on order to convey humidity. Why? Moulds can be problematic in the entire apartment, even if mould initially emerges only in a single room. If only the ventilation in that single room is optimized, the mould tends to wander into another room. 

* Humidity loaded rooms are kitchen, bathroom as well as bedrooms or rooms, where e.g. an aquarium is installed.

At Which Windows a Montage Can be Difficult or Impossible?

Usually it is difficult to mount the moulds guard klimagriff® yourself at terrace doors that are lockable via PZ-gear. Here the moulds guard klimagriff® can be mounted by a professional. At rooflights, triangle- and trapeze-windows or wooden windows with a particular window profile as well as a lift-slide-, a slide-fold- or parallel-slide installation or at windows in general that don't at least open to a 90° angle, the moulds guard klimagriff® cannot give any correct recommendation for ventilation.
