With this precise radio data logger ZW-EU, temperature and air humidity can be measured and transmitted wirelessly in real time to a receiver. Therefore, the radio data logger ZW is an ideal gadget to collect temperature and humidity data at various places and manage and supervise them centrally at a Computer via software. The radio data logger ZW's software sends an alarm signal via e-mail or text message to your mobile phone if the adjusted threshold values are exceeded. Line-operated, the radio data logger ZW has a measuring range of -20°C to 70°C. Battery-operated, the upper measuring range is limited to 50°C. With a high temperature resolution of 0.02°C, the radio data logger reaches a range of up to 100m. If an electricity failure, for example, leads to a problem with transmission, the radio data logger's ZW-EU intern cache can buffer up to 5000 measurements. Besides the software for the operation of the radio data logger, a data receiver is necessary, which is linked with your computer. If a data transfer from the radio data logger ZW-EU to the data receiver is impossible because of architectural difficulties, the data loggers ZW-EU could function as a repeater. A receiver is absolutely necessary for operation of radio data logger ZW-EU.

Data receiver
The line-operated data receiver receives data of up to 100 data loggers. During electricity failures the data receiver's operation can be held by a battery for 19 hours. In this case, a cache saves currently recorded data up to an amount of 3.7 MB. The data receiver can be positioned with a stand on your workstation and transmits the received measurements via USB-cable directly to your computer software.
