The sieve machine EML 200 for analysis sieves with a caliber of up to 203 mm is designed for dry and wet sieving of a maximum of 3 kg bulk material. Sieve time, interval and amplitude are adjustable and can be saved at the sieve machine EML 200 in order to achieve repeatable values. In order to collect quickly available sieve results and optimal reproducible sieve results, the sieve machines perform a three- dimensional sieve movement. Hereby the sieve good is accelerated vertically through the mesh and simultaneously led in a gyration across the sieve surface. That 3D process spares time and the otherwise in multiple causes acquired manual refinishing sieving. Furthermore all electromagnetic operated sieve machines apply a G-control. G-control is an automatic amplitude controller with permanent acceleration monitoring of the whole sieve stack. All analysis sieves are produced according to the current standards and are defined by there high accuracy and stability. As for example robust models made of plates with square perforation according to ISO 3310-2 for sieving of road construction rocks, concrete aggregates, grit, sand, crushed stone or - with plates of slot perforations according to ISO 5223 - for grain inspection. The classic analysis sieves with sieve floors made of wire mesh are applicable for the whole standardized mesh width spectrum of 0.02 mm to 125 mm.
