to an increasing spread of PV systems, all professionals in that field need this
simple, reliable and accurate solar panel tester, which applies to constructors

The user of PV systems want to feed in solar power into the network against
payment and depending on the efficiency if the facility, those PV systems pay

solar panel tester Greentest FTV 100 is an eased operatable device. For safety
reasons the solar panel has to be disconnected first. Afterwards the operator
determines the characteristics of the inverter on the type plate. Then the
sensors for the physical parameters are preferably connected: temperature sensor
for panel and for the surrounding temperature as well as the solarization
sensor. At the end the current probe and the respective voltage inputs have to
be connected. Before the actual measurement process the user configures the
solar panel tester and feeds-in the manufacturers instruction about the panel.
Those data serve as reference values in order to determine and control the
efficiency of the solar panel. All measurements are performed simultaneously:
voltage, flows, calculation of efficiency, temperature gauging etc. Depending on
the arrangement of the solar panel 1 or 3 current probes are necessary.
Therefore there are two pre-configured versions of the solar panel tester
Greentest FTV 100: For measurement on larger dimensioned systems the solar panel
tester Greentest FTV 100 is equipped optionally with a remote measuring unit
that records the data on-site, i.e. at the rooftop und then sends those data via
the max. 100 m distant wireless Bluetooth or via a 15 m long data cable with a
