Rope Tension Meters are designed to measure the tensile stress on various thin components. By means of the rope tension meters the measurements of the tensile stress on cables, threads, wires and many more are facilitated. Different measurement ranges of the rope tension meters:

Most of the rope tension meters feature only small measurement ranges for each model. Here the quality beats quantity. But you can also determine your preferred measurement range and then perform the measurement with the rope tension meter. There is a large assortment of products with an even larger variety of products that the customer can select from the preferred device with the measurement range fitting the individually demanded measurement tasks. The customer has even the choice between digital or analogue rope tension meters. But it should be considered that the digital rope tension meters feature a larger measurement range than the analogue ones, which reach 250 cN. The measurement principle still remains the same. The rope tension meters work with three guide rollers, one of which actually performs the measurement, whereas the others help stabilizing the thread. Due to  smaller guide rollers the rope tension meters can be even applied on spaces that are smaller and more difficult to reach. The measured good is actually secured very well at the rope tension meters since the guide rollers are arranged in a V-shape to hold the measured good very tight, which leads to more precise measurements and the measuring process is not unnecessarily delayed or even biased.
